摘  要:为利于今后直流工程阀冷系统的运行维护,介绍了阀冷控制系统配置和控制原理,包括控制程序结构和接口。指出了主泵正常运行的必要条件。分析了天广直流工程的一起阀冷事故后指明其原因为压力传感器工作不稳定。针对阀冷控制系统传感器配置不冗余、漏水检测不完善、参数设置不合理和抗干扰能力差等不足,提出了加装传感器、采用合适的计时器、修改切换周期、建压时间和主水压力低等参数和禁止在屏柜门开时使用无线设备等改进措施。The structure and controlling principles of valve-cooling control system are introduced, including the structure of controlling program and the controlling program and the controlling interface, especially the requirement of main pump operation is indicated. Through a detailed case study of value-cooling system in the Tian-Guang transmission project, it is found that this accident is due to the unstable operation of the pressure sensor. The redundant pressure can prevent from such accident. The remaining problems of value-cooling systems applied in the TianGuang and Gui-Guang transmission projects are analyzed, for example the none-redundant sensor, the incomplete water leakage detection, the illogical parameter setting etc. Some improvements are put forward, for example adding sensor, adopting the appropriate type of timer, forbidding using wireless when the door of cubicle has opened etc.
