摘  要:目的建立硫樟脑洗剂中樟脑的含量测定方法。方法采用一阶导数分光光度法,测定波长为305nm,Δλ为1nm。结果样品浓度线性范围是1~20mg/mL,r=0.9991,平均回收率为100.28%,RSD为1.08%。结论方法简便、准确,可用于测定硫樟脑洗剂中樟脑的含量。Objective To establish a method for determination of the content of camphor in sulfur and camphor lotion. Methods First order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of camphor in sulfur and camphor lotion. The samples were determined by UV at 305 nm (△λ, = 1 nm), Results The linear range was 1 - 20 mg/mL, r =0. 999 1. The average recovery rate was 100. 28% ( RSD = 1.08% ), Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, It is suitable for the determination of camphor in sulfur and camphor lotion.
