摘　　要：山东省在“十一五”期间的就业压力仍旧很大,存在“有活没人干,有人没活干”的矛盾,主要是因为劳动力尤其是庞大的农村劳动大军素质低。提高农村劳动力素质能够缓解山东省就业压力,并使农民增收,对于加快建设社会主义新农村具有重大意义。The employment stress in Shandong province is still big. There is a conflict between jobs and workers because the quality of labor force especially the rural labor force is too low to fit for the jobs. Improving the quality of rural labor force is a approach to lessen the employment stress in Shandong province and increase the earning of rural labor force,which is very important to accelerate the construction of the socialistic new countryside.
