摘　　要：高校图书馆具备关怀高校大学生中的弱势群体的条件。新时期高校图书馆应承担从物质与生活、精神与心理以及人文等方面对大学生中的弱势群体进行关怀、引导的新使命。There is the condition of caring for ＂powerless college students＇ Colony＂in the library, It is a new historical mission of the academic library to care for ＂powerless college students＇ colony＂ from material, spiritual and cultural concerns respectively.
