复方天棘胶囊及药材质量标准研究

摘　　要：复方天棘胶囊由红景天、枸杞子等药组成，具有抗缺氧、抗疲劳、延缓衰老等功效。其主要有效成分之一为红景天中的红景天甙。本研究用高效液相色谱法测定成药及红景天中的红景天甙含量，结果表明：高效液相法测定复方天棘胶囊红景天甙含量方法简便、快速、准确。同时，对成药中枸杞进行薄层鉴别方法的研究。本研究可作为该药质控参考依据。ianji mixture capsule is made of Rliodiola sp.Lycium barbarum L. and other traditional chi-nese medicine. This medicine has demonstrated anti-anoxia,anti-fatigue and anti-senile effectsin clinic research One of its effective component is salidroside. In present study,quantitative anal-ysis of salidroside from Rhodiola kirilowii(Regel)Maxim and Tianji mixture capsule was made byHPLC. The method was convenient,fast and accurate. Meanwhile,TLC identification for Lyciumbarbarum L. in preparation was described.The research can be used as reference for Tianji mix-ture capsule quality control.
