复方天棘胶囊急性毒性研究

摘　　要：复方天棘胶囊为藏药复方制剂，本文采用给小鼠灌服复方天棘胶囊溶液后观察其毒性反应和死亡情况。实验结果表明，复方天棘胶囊对小鼠的最大耐受量为３５ｇ（胶囊）／ｋｇ体重，此剂量相当于临床成年人拟日服剂量的８７５倍，未出现任何毒性反应及死亡现象。说明复方天棘胶囊口服安全、毒性低。可以用于临床验证使用。he compound Tianji capsule is a compounded drug of Tibetan medioline,In our study,in or-der to observe the toxic reaction and the end of the death in rats,we had used tube per os to givedrug to rats. By experiment,it was appeared that the maximum tolerance of drug to rats was 35g(capsule)Kg(body weight),which was equal to 875 times received for adult per day in clinic;butany toxic reaction and dead phenomenon were not showed;so the compound Tianji apsule may beused in clinic due to low toxicity and safety per oral.
