复方天棘胶囊的毒理学研究

摘　　要：给Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠灌服复方天棘胶囊溶液，剂量分别为４．０、２．０、０．８ｇ（胶囊）／ｋｇ，连续９０ｄ。结果表明，０．８ｇ（胶囊）ｋｇ组对幼年大鼠的体重增长有明显的促进作用，４．０、２．０、０．８ｇ（胶囊）／ｋｇ组对大鼠造血功能、肝功能和肾功能均无明显毒性作用；组织形态学结果表明，各给药组大鼠的心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胆等重要器官无毒性损害改变。提示大剂量、长期服用复方天棘胶囊无明显毒副作用，是一种毒性低、安全性较大的有效药物。hree doses of Tian-Ji Capsule Composition(TJCC),4.0,2.0,0.8g/kg(equivalent to 100,50,20times of the clinical dosage)were administered ig 3monthes to three groups of wistar rat respective-ly for long-term toxicological study.The results showed that the body weights in the group of thelowest dosage increased sharply,the hightest dosage increased slowly;otherwise no toxicity was ob-served.Rountine blood examination;hepatic and tenal function were normal compared with controlgroup.In pathological examinations no abnormal changes were fou nd.It indicated that the clinicaldosage of TJCC is safe with no toxic effects
