复方天棘胶囊对高原健康男性睾酮和雌二醇水平的影响

摘　　要：应用放射免疫法，观察了海拔３３００ｍ地区２５例健康男性服用复方天棘胶囊后血浆睾酮（Ｔ）和雌二醇（Ｅ＿２）的变化。结果表明：服用复方天棘胶囊后，Ｔ含量和Ｔ／Ｅ＿２比值明显升高，与治疗前相比较，具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ｅ＿２含量有增高趋势，但统计学上无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示复方天棘胶囊具有升高Ｔ含量水平，增强机体的性腺功能，具有抗衰延寿作用。y radioimmunoassay technique,the blood levels of testosterone(T)and estradiol(E_2)in25healthy men living at 3300m high altitude were measured before and after taking compound TIANJIcapsule. The findings indicated that the values of T and the ratio of T to E_2 increased remarkably aftertaking compound TIANJl capsule. There were significant difference(P<0.01),with a increased trendtoward E_2. suggesting compound TIANJI capsule has the effect of increased T,and improve the func-tion of sexual gland in liealtliy subjects at high altitude.
