血小板膜糖蛋白1bα基因Kozak序列-5T/C多态性与冠心病的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血小板膜糖蛋白Ibα(GPIbα)基因Kozak-5T/C多态性与冠心病及其病变程度的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应—限制型片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RELP)检测196例浙江地区汉族人(冠心病组105例,对照组91例)Kozak-5T/C基因型及等位基因频率。结果GPIbα基因Kozak-5T/C多态性在冠心病组及对照组,单支病变组与多支病变组之间的分布差异没有显著性。结论GPIbα基因Kozak-5T/C多态性与冠心病的关系仍需进一步探讨。Objective To explore the correlation between polymorphism of platelet glycoprotein Ibα Kozak-5T/C （GPlba） gene and suseeptihility to coronary heart disease as well as severity of coronary lesion. Methods One-hundred and five patients with angiographically confirmed coronary heart disease and nlnety-one controls were genotyped for the Kozak-5T/C polymorphism by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） analysis. Results There was no statistical difference of genotype frequency or allele frequency of GPIbα gene, either between 105 patients and 91 controls, or between single-vessel lesions group and multi-vessel lesions group. Conclusion The relationship between polymorphism of GPIbα gene and coronary heart disease needs to be further discussed.
