大鼠鼻炎模型的建立及通窍滴鼻液的治疗作用

摘　　要：用临床分离的克雷伯氏肺炎杆菌感染大鼠鼻腔，造成鼻粘膜炎症。用２，４－硝基氯代苯丙酮液滴入大鼠鼻腔，造成大鼠鼻粘膜过敏性炎症。解剖可见明显病理改变。给予大剂量通窍滴鼻液可改善大鼠鼻炎症状，病理指标比模型组有较大改善。A mucosa inflammation model was set up by either infecting Klebsiella pneumoniaor dribbling 2,4-chloronitrobenzene in rat’s nasal cavity. Pathological examination confirmedthat nasal vestibule appeared to be hyperplasia of squamous epithelium,increase of columnar epithelium and goblet cells ,hemorrhage of mucosa epiderm and leukocyte migration. Tongqiaonasal drops at a high does can improve the syndrome of rat’s rhinitis. Pathological changes abovementioned were greatly improved compared with the control groups.
