摘 要:采用熔融织构生长(MTG)工艺结合籽晶技术制备出大尺寸YBCO超导块材。微观结构观察表明,其结晶取向在一定程度上得到了控制,而且晶畴尺寸比较大。测量了样品的磁浮性能,得到超导样品和永久磁铁之间的作用力与距离的关系曲线。直径29mm、厚度10mm的超导样品与表磁0.5T永久磁铁间的最大排斥力达到4.8N/cm2。磁浮性能表现出明显的各向异性。The fabrication of large, bulk high temperature superconducting YBCO samples was accomplished by MTG process using a seeding technique. The microstructure of the samples was observed by a polarization microscope. It is found that the samples have controlled orientation and large domains. The magnetic repulsion measurements as a function of distance were carried out. The maximum repulsion between the YBCO sample(29 mm in diameter and 10 urn thick)and a Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet with surface magnetic field of 0. 5 T measured at 77 K was 4. 8 N/cm2. The magnetic levitation on the samples exhibits anisotropic behaviour.
