青藏铁路施工健康监护信息计算机管理系统研究

摘　　要：建立健全青藏铁路施工人员健康监护制度,是贯彻《职业病防治法》,落实《青藏铁路卫生保障措施》的重要组成部分。由于青藏铁路建设点多、线长、面广,施工人员众多,健康监护信息庞大,采用常规的手工管理方法很难满足青藏铁路健康监护信息管理的需要。为此,依据《青藏铁路施工健康监护技术规定》要求和施工单位的实际需要,研究、建立青藏铁路健康监护信息计算机管理系统,对监护信息进行收集、存储、汇总统计、报告、维护和共享,实现信息处理的高速高效大容量,为提高青藏铁路施工人员卫生保障信息管理工作效率提供必要手段。Creating a health surveillance system for the worker in Qinghai-Tibet railway is an important part of carrying out the Law on the Prevention and Cure of Occupational Diseases and the Health Safeguard Measure in Qinghai- Tibet Railway. Due to the vast expanse of the workplace, the legion of the workers as well as the volumes of the health surveillance information, the traditional handwork methods does not meet the needs of the information management of the health surveillance in Qinghai-Tibet railway. According to the Technology Prescription of the Health Surveillance in Qinghai- Tibet Railway Construction, the surveillance information is collected, stored, counted, reported, maintained and shared by using computer technology to realize the high speed, high efficiency, and high capability of computer data management. It provides a necessary means for the information management of the health safeguard in Qinghai-Tibet Railway Construction.
