摘 要:文章主要研究了低温促染剂FT的匀染功能及其促染和匀染机理。首先,在染料的三元色拼色时,促染剂FT可以减小染料三元色上染速率的差异,使它们的上染轨迹趋于一致;其次,不同原料或纤维的不同部位对染料吸附性能差异也可以在一定程度上得到改善,这对“尖染效应”的解决具有积极的意义。同时文章通过“赫比格”实验探讨了此助剂的促染及匀染机理。助剂FT可能改变了类脂层的规整性,提高了纤维表面对外界染化料的可及性,进而促使染化料向纤维内部扩散。该助剂主要是改变纤维表皮的透过性而达到促染目的,因而它对不同材料有不同的上染提升作用。FT is a kind of low temperature agent which has the function of level dyeing, The mechanism of FT is studied in this paper. First, the dyeing rate of different color of dyes can be reduced by FT;meanwhile, the reduction of adsorption of different materials to the dyes can be obtained.The problem of "tip dyeing" of wool can be improved to some extent. Its mechanisms are studied through the experiment of "Herbig". The structure of lipid of wool maybe disordered by the treatment of FT and its readily adsorption of dyes to the surface of fibre is increased, so the dyes can easily penetrate into fibre. FT has different modification of surface of wool to different material.
