精纺毛织物后整理中的落水变形控制

摘　　要：文章通过对不同组织结构进行分析,归纳了容易产生落水变形的品种结构特征,同时研究了加强织物的定形、增加纱线间的作用力和减少纱线的吸湿能力这3个方面的因素对毛织物落水变形的影响,并总结了这些方法的优缺点。生产实践结果表明,在双煮中添加化学定形剂X的方法效果最好。By the analysis of the fabrics structive,it found that some characters of the worsted fabric can affect their stability to the change of humidity. Many ways of cortrolling the stability were studied by the article. The result showed the optimal process was adding the stabilizer agent X to the fabrics in doublecrabbing machine. According to the character of the fabric,it proved more effect that some difference ways can used in the same time. Expertment shows the best way is adding the stabilizer agent X to the fabrics in doable-crabbing machine.
