摘　　要：为进一步改善羊绒产品结构,合理利用羊绒资源,开发研究了一种高档次的多元混纺精纺轻薄面料。文章主要分析研究了山羊绒纤维、桑蚕丝纤维、OPTIM纤维的特性,通过研究OPTIM丝毛绒混纺产品试制过程中纺纱、织造、染色和后整理工艺以及质量控制方案,阐述了该类产品加工中的难点和注意事项,确定了稳定可行的超高支OPTIM丝毛绒混纺轻薄面料的加工工艺。In order to further enrich cashmere product category and utilize cashmere resource more rationally, a type of light and thin worsted blending fabric is successfully developed. The properties of cashmere fiber, mulberry silk fiber and OPTIM fiber are mainly researched and analyzed in this paper. The difficulties and precautions in processing period are described and the stable and feasible super high count OPTIM products processing procedure and technics are determined through trial production in each procedure stages, such as dyeing, spinning, weaving and finishing technique, as well as the quality control scheme. Thus the superb properties of cashmere, silk, super fine wool and OPTIM fibers contribute to the superior quality of the newly-developed blending light and thin fabric of OPTIM, silk,wool and cashmere.
