彩色多普勒超声扫描对鼻前庭囊肿的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的了解鼻前庭囊肿的超声特征,评估彩色多普勒超声扫描对鼻前庭囊肿的诊断价值。方法随机选取87例临床上怀疑是鼻前庭囊肿的患者,给予双侧鼻唇沟彩色多普勒超声扫描,与耳鼻喉科医生的查体及手术结果比较。结果超声扫描鼻前庭囊肿在患侧鼻唇沟区域皮下与上颌骨之间清楚地显示为一个椭圆形的无回声区,并有清晰的边界。敏感度100%;特异度90.5%。结论彩色多普勒超声对诊断鼻前庭囊肿有极高的确诊率,而且无损伤,方便可重复,可以作为一种诊断措施。对于彩色多普勒超声显示为阴性者可排除患有鼻前庭囊肿。Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic characteristics and the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography for nasal vestibular cyst. Methods Eighty-seven patients with suspicious nasal vestibular cyst by clinical history were performed color Doppler ultrasonography whose examination re- sults were compared with physical examination and surgical findings. Results For all patients with nasal vestibular cyst, the color Doppler ultrasonography gave a sensitivity of 100%, specificity of 90.5%. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography can make relative accurate diagnosis for nasal vestibular cyst with its advantage of noninvasive convenience and can be used as auxiliary means to detect nasal vestibular cyst. The case examined with a negative result can be ruled out the possibility.
