摘　　要：随着房地产行业竞争的加剧和房地产市场的逐步规范,如何通过加强成本管理,控制成本支出,不断提高经营效益,正被越来越多的房地产开发企业所重视和关注。本文就目前我国房地产开发企业成本管理中存在的问题进行分析,提出具体对策。With competition aggravation in realty trade and realties market standard step by step. It is regarded and attended by more and more realty enterprises how to increase management benefit by reinforcing cost management and controlling cost expenditure. In the paper, put forward some specific countermeasures by analyzing problems existed in cost management of our country realty development business.
