莆田市县域投资环境比较分析与优化研究

摘　　要：从区域投资环境的基本理论着手,选择反映区位条件、经济发展与市场发育水平、人口与劳动力、工农业基础与经济效益、基础设施、利用外资现状、社会文化素质7类因素共30个指标构成莆田市县域投资环境综合评价指标体系,应用主成分分析法,对莆田市各区(县)投资环境的区域差异进行综合评价与比较分析,在此基础上,提出莆田市县域投资环境的优化思路.The paper starts out from fundamental theory of regional investment environment to single out seven elements-region condition, the level of the economic development and market growth, population and labor force, the foundation of the agriculture and industry, infrastructure,the actuality of using foreign capital, social culture quality-which contains thirty factors altogether,consisting of the compositive evaluation index system of investment environment. The paper applied the main ingredient analysis method to analyze and compare the regional difference of county investment environment of Putian City. On the basis of them, the paper probes into the assumption of the improvement and optimization of county investment environment of Putian City.
