基于GIS的泉州市综合投资环境县际差异比较

摘　　要：基于区域投资理论及泉州市市情、数据源,从经济发展、社会进步、资源环境、市场潜力等方面选择县域综合投资环境33个构成因素设计属性表,在GIS环境通过属性运算生成8个观测指标、28个综合指标构成泉州市县域综合投资环境评价指标集.在指标响应特征分析基础上定义了指标的模糊优越度变换模型,根据因子分析定义指标权系数,基于GIS外模型集成方式提出多维加权评价模型及利用空间统计分析等,对泉州市县域综合投资环境进行时空多尺度集成分析、比较、评价与可视化表达.based on the regional investment theory, the situation of Quanzhou, and the data resources, from the aspects of economy development, society progress, resources environment and market potential,this paper designs a attribute form with the 33 composing factors of the county comprehensive investment environment, and constructs a indicator collection for county comprehensive investment environment in Quanzhou with 8 observing indicators and 28 comprehensive indicators which are built upon attribute operation in GIS environment. By defining transformation model of regional investment excellence based on the analysis of evaluation index responding characteristics,defining weight coefficient of index according to factor analysis, and putting forward multi-dimension weighing evaluation model based on GIS outer integrated model（layer weighing installing） and by means of the spatial statistic analysis,this paper makes multi-dimension integrative analysis, comparison, evaluation and visible expression for the county comprehensive investment environment of Quanzhou.
