维生素C和E对金鲫生长及繁殖的影响

摘　　要：采用投喂和组织学方法,研究不同剂量维生素C和维生素E对金鲫生长及繁殖的影响.结果表明:与对照组比较,以VC 700 mg/kg饲料和1 400 mg/kg饲料以及VE 150 mg/kg饲料和300 mg/kg饲料的剂量投喂6周后,金鲫的体重和体长有显著增加.以VC 2 800 mg/kg饲料以及VE 600 mg/kg饲料的剂量投喂6周后,雌性金鲫的GSI显著升高,部分卵母细胞已发育至Ⅳ+++,达到生长成熟;对雄性金鲫精巢的发育虽然有促进作用,但差异不显著.以上结果提示,在饲料中添加适量的VC和VE,能有效地促进鱼体的生长及性腺的发育.By using feeding and histology methods,the effect of vitamin C and vitamin E on the growth and reproduction of the Goldfish was studied. The result showed that, after being fed with vitamin C 700 mg/kg · diet or 1400 mg/kg · diet and vitamin E 150 mg/kg · diet or 300 mg/kg · diet for 6 weeks,there were significantly differences in the weight and length of the Goldfish compared with control. And the GSI of the female of the fishes fed with vitamin C 2800 mg/kg · diet and vitamin E 600 mg/kg ·diet significantly higher than others,partial oocytes developed to Ⅳ^＋＋＋ ,and the growth of them had reached maturity. However,in male Goldfish, there were no significantly differences observed. Based on the above results, adding right amount of vitamin C and vitamin E in diets can promote the growth and gonad development of fish effectively.
