Study on Guaranteeing Peasants of Enjoying the Basic Right of Physical Exercises Service and Relevant Legislative Problems in Affluent Society

摘　　要：为了保障广大农民享有基本体育服务的权利,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法,根据有关的法律、法规等,对农民享有基本体育服务的现状、农民的体育权利及应享有基本体育权利的内容进行了分析研究,指出保障农民享有基本体育服务的权利任重道远,建议在即将制定的《全民健身条例》中,加强农村体育工作方面的内容,切实保障农民享有基本体育服务的权利。In order to guarantee general peasants＇ physical exercises right, the literature material method, the questionnaire investigation method and the logical analytic method are adopted to carry on the study on such contents as the status quo of peasants enjoying the basic physical exercises service right, peasants＇ physical exercises right at present and the basic physical exercises right that peasants should enjoy. On the grounds of the above study, we point out that it will shoulder heavy responsibilities to guarantee peasants of enjoying the basic physical exercises service right. Suggestions are given that we should strengthen the work of rural physical exercises in the Regulations of National Fitness to guarantee peasants of enjoying the basic physical exercises service right conscientiously.
