摘 要:目的评价水浴法、接触法超声生物测量的可重复性及2种方法间的一致性。方法选取接受白内障术前检查的患者36例(59只眼)。由2位经验较丰富的医师在不同时间点分别采用2种测量方法独立测量眼轴2次。计算组内相关系数(ICC)、一致性相关系数(CCC)并进行Bland&Altman绘图分析,评估2种测量方法的可重复性和一致性。结果观察者内、观察者间的ICC均大于0.99,2种方法间的CCC为0.9911。Bland&Altman绘图分析未发现重复测量间、2种方法间有显著临床意义的偏倚。结论水浴法、接触法超声生物测量的可重复性以及2种测量方法间的一致性良好,但水浴法生物测量重复性更好、更为可靠。Objective To evaluate ultrasound biometry technique. Methods the repeatability and agreement of Thirty-six consecutive patients (59 immersion technique vs contact eyes) were recruited from our preoperative assessment clinic before cataract surgery. Two operators experienced in immersion and contact ultrasound biometry performed the duplicate measurements using both techniques at two different times. Intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC),concordance correlation coefficient (CCC) and Bland & Altman plot were engaged to evaluate the repeatability and agreement. Results The ICCs within the same observer and two observers were beyond 0.99 and the CCC was 0. 991 1. In terms of first to second measurement set for either method or the two methods, there was no clinically significant bias demonstrated by Bland & Altman plot. Conclusions The repeatability and agreement of immersion vs contact ultrasound biometry were almost perfect. However, the measurement by immersion technique seems to be more reproducible and reliable than that of the contact method.
