摘  要:目的探讨中草药黄芩茎叶提取物—野黄芩甙对发热家兔的解热作用。方法用生物致热原制作家兔发热模型,检测动物直肠温,比较致热前后体温的变化。结果野黄芩甙治疗组(38.61±0.17℃)、黄芩甙治疗组(38.59±0.20℃)体温升高明显低于致热原组(39.08±0.16℃,P<0.01),且两组的发热持续时(176.3±3.4,174.1±3.2 m in)明显短于致热原组(218.2±3.1 m in,P<0.01)。前两组之间相比无明显差异(P>0.05),热峰时三组之间无明显差异。结论野黄芩甙对致热原所致兔的发热有明显的解热效应,其作用与黄芩甙的作用相当。Objective To study the antipyretic action of seutellarin on fever in rabbits. Methods Fever models of rabbits were made with pyrogen and monitored through the rectal temperature, and the changes of body temperature were compared between the experimental groups and the control group. Results The increased body temperature of fever rabbits in scutellarin group (38.61 ±0.17 ℃ ) and baicalins group(38.59 ± 0.20℃ ) was much lower than that in pyrogen group (39.08 ±0.16℃, P 〈 0.01 ), and the fever duration in scutellarin and baicalins groups (176.3±3.4℃,174.1 ±3.2 min) was much lower than that in pyrogen group (218.2 ±3.1 min, P 〈 0.01). There is no significant difference in the temperature increase and duration between scutellarin group and baicalins group ( P 〉 0.05 ), and also without significant difference in the peak of fever among these three groups( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Scutellarin has an obvious antipyretic effect on rabbits with fever,and its action is similar to baicalins.
