摘　　要：目的观察山羊肺静脉心肌袖的形态特征,为异位房颤动物模型提供形态资料。方法解剖30例山羊肺静脉,充分暴露心肌袖,进行形态学观测。结果30例羊心均出现肺静脉心肌袖,其中斜形47.6%,环形40.9%,纵形11.5%。右上、右下、左下、左上肌袖厚度分别为0.46±0.14mm、0.35±0.16mm、0.35±0.11mm、0.37±0.13mm,长度分别为10.75±3.15mm、9.46±2.20mm、11.41±2.87mm、9.20±2.88mm。结论30例山羊肺静脉心肌袖出现率为100%,可能与局灶性房颤的发生有关。Objective To observe the morphologic characteristics of myocardial sleeve in sheep＇ s pulmonary veins to provide data for the model of ectopic atrial fibrillation. Methods Thirty sheep＇s hearts were dissected to show the myocardial sleeve of sheep＇ s pulmonary vein, and the morphologic structures of the sleeve were measared. Results The myocardial sleeves were found in all sheep＇s pulmonary veins with the diagonal（47.6% ） ,annular（40. 9% ） , longitudinal course of fibers （ 11.5% ）. The average thickness of the myocardial sleeves in the right upper,the right lower, the left lower and the left upper pulmonary veins was 0.46 ± 0. 14mm,0.35 ± 0. 16mm ,0.35 ± 0. 11 mm, 0.37 ± 0. 13mm respectively;the average length of them was 10.75 ± 3.15mm,9.46 ± 2.20mm, 11.41 ± 2.87mm ,9. 20 ±2.88mm respectively. Conclusion The appearance rate of the myocardial sleeve in thirty sheep＇ s pulmonary vein is 100% , which is probably related to the happeness of the focal atrial fibrillation.
