摘  要:[目的]探讨复合纤维蛋白胶的脱蛋白骨与单纯脱蛋白骨作为骨髓基质干细胞(MSCs)支架材料的差异,为骨组织工程提供合适的复合支架材料。[方法]实验组使用复合纤维蛋白胶的脱蛋白骨与MSCs复合培养,对照组用单纯脱蛋白骨与MSCs复合培养,取不同时间点进行光学显微镜观察、扫描电镜观察、细胞DNA含量检测及钙结节染色比较两组细胞的情况。[结果]实验组骨髓基质干细胞在黏附能力与分泌情况明显优于对照组,细胞DNA检测表明实验组细胞增殖明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]复合纤维蛋白胶的脱蛋白骨比单纯脱蛋白骨更适合细胞生长,可作为MSCs的载体应用于骨组织工程的构建。[ Objective] To evaluate the difference between allogenic deproteinized bone combined fibrin glue (ADPB-FG) and allogenic deproteinized bone (ADPB) alone as scaffold for bone tissue engineering. [ Method ] Allogenic deproteinized bone combined fibrin glue in experiment group, allogenic deproteinized bone alone in control group. MSCs were co-cuhured with two groups in vitro. The cell state was detected through optical microscope observing, electron microscope scanning, DNA content assaying and calcium nodus staining at each time point. [ Result] The cell attachment, growth, cell cycle and differentiation in the experiment group were obviously superior to that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] ADPB-FG is more suitable for MSCs than ADPB alone, and it can be used as scaffold For bone tissue engineering.
