摘　　要：从土地储备机制设计角度,阐述建立上海世博会的土地储备运作机制的意义,原则和可行性,提出上海世博会的土地储备方案的流程设计,研究上海世博会投资所带来周边的土地增值收益,土地储备的价格和用地类型和纳入土地储备范围等内容,旨在探讨将上海土地储备机制与上海世博会建设投融资机制相结合,从而将政府对世博会投资所带来的土地增值效应纳入世博会工程投融资循环,对于上海市城市建设和经济发展有着重要的战略意义和应用价值。From the angle of design of mechanism＇s land banking, the author analyzes the meaning, principles and feasibility with the mechanism＇s land banking ＆ investment and compensation at the Shanghai EXPO 2010, and researches the quantity of the adding valuable interests by the land banking, and sets forth the practice case with land banking ＆ investment and compensation at the Shanghai EXPO 2010 in order to explore to new financial ways in the important urban construction in Shanghai.
