摘 要:给出了在随机波浪载荷和冰载荷作用下平台构件疲劳损伤的一种计算方法,并利用该方法分析了平台单个构件和平台整体的疲劳可靠性。用指数函数对波浪和海冰作用下平台构件的疲劳应力、应力循环次数和环境参数的关系进行了拟合,拟合精度很好。根据拟合的指数函数,并基于S—N曲线和Miner线性累积疲劳损伤理论,推导出构件疲劳损伤的计算公式,使构件疲劳损伤的计算过程得到很大简化。在此基础上给出了单个构件的疲劳可靠性计算公式,提出了平台整体疲劳失效的简化判断依据和平台关键失效模式的确定方法,并给出了平台整体失效概率的计算方法。计算实例表明,该方法简单可靠,可以有效地用于工程实际。A simplified method for calculating the fatigue damage of components under random wave and ice load was presented. This method was used to analyze the reliability of components and integral platform. The exponential functions were used to reflect the relationship among fatigue stress, number of stress cycles and environmental parameters. The fitting precision of the functions was relatively high. The expression of fatigue damage was obtained on the basis of exponential functions, the S-N curve and the Miner linear accumulative damage theory. The calculation process of fatigue damage of components was simplified. The calculating formula for fatigue reliability of single component was deduced. A criterion of fatigue failure of integral platform and the method for determining key failure mode of platform were suggested, and the computing method for failure probability of integral platform was presented. The calculated results show that this computing method is convenient and accurate. It is suitable for engineering application.
