摘　　要：通过Ｃａ－Ｎｉ－Ｔｉ－Ｂｉ多元合金的复合加入，研制出灰铁芯和球铁芯两种铸铁电弧冷焊条。对焊补区性能的测试结果表明：两种焊条获得的结合强度分别为ＨＴσｂ≥２００ＭＰａ，ＱＴσｂ≥４５０ＭＰａ，δ≮６％，硬度和颜色与母材一致；焊缝为铸铁组织，抗裂性好；熔合区基本无白口，机械加工性能良好。Two kinds of homogeneous arc cold welding electrodes with gray iron and nodular ironcores respectively are developed with the multiple addition of Ca-Ni-Ti-Bi alloy elements. Thebinding strength of weld-mending zone obtained for gray iron isσb ≥200 MPa and for nodulariron is σb >450 MPa with δ≮6 %. The hardness distribution and surface color from welding zoneto base metal are homogeneous. The welding zone shows the typical cast iron structure with highcrack resistance and there is almost no chill structure in semi-melting zone. The machinability ofthe whole weld-mending zone is also excellent.
