摘　　要：本文介绍了微通道板离子阻挡膜在成像器件中的作用,测量了带膜微通道板的探测效率。实验发现,带膜微通道板的探测效率不是膜厚的单调函数。最后,从理论上对带膜微通道板的探测效率进行了半定量分析。In this paper,the function of MCP′s ion barrier film in the imaging devices is in troduced and detection efficiency of filmed MCP is measured.It is shown that the detection efficiency of filmed MCP is not a monotonic fuction of film thickness.At last, a semiquantita tive analysis is given theoretically for the detection efficiency of filmed MCP.
