摘　　要：诱骗受体3(D cR3)又称肿瘤坏死因子受体-6B(TNFR-6B或TR6),也有人称之为TR6,是新近发现的TNFR超家族成员,它具有调节细胞凋亡和免疫细胞活性及分化的生物学特性,D cR3在肿瘤免疫、自身免疫、移植免疫及抗感染免疫中发挥着重要作用。该文作者就D cR3在分子免疫学方面的研究进展进行综述。Decoy receptor 3, tumor necrosis factor receptor 6B or called TR6, is a newly member of tumor necrosis receptor superfamily. It plays very important roles in tumor immunity, autoimmunity, transplantation immunity, and anti-infection immunity by modulation of apoptosis and activity and differentiation of immunocytes. The current advance in molecular immunology of decoy receptor 3 was reviewed.
