摘　　要：成骨蛋白-1(OP-1)又称骨形态发生蛋白-7(BMP-7),具有高效的骨诱导作用。在髋关节重建术中,OP-1能诱导大量新骨的早期形成、促进移植骨与宿主骨的融合及加强固定植入物等作用。作者综述了OP-1的分子生物学特性及其在髋关节重建术中的应用。Osteogenic protein-1 （OP-1）, also referred to as bone morphogenetic protein-7 （BMP-7）, has the effective osteoinduction . In reconstructive surgery of the hip, OP-1 could induce greater and earlier new bone formation, accelerate the incorporation of the graft and host-bone,and enfance the fixation of the plant. The characteristics in the molecular biology and it＇s application in reconstructive surgery of the hip was reviewed.
