摘  要:以绝缘板支撑的不连续金属丝构成的介电常数为负数的集成材料为研究对象,采用时域有限差分法分析集成材料对电磁波的反射和透射特性,并与已有的实验数据进行了比较,验证了该方法的可行性.在此基础上,进一步分析集成材料对高功率微波(HPM)和超宽带电磁脉冲(UWB)的屏蔽效能,仿真结果表明,负介电常数集成材料可以明显降低入射信号的幅值,并改变信号的时域波形和频谱特性,保证了信号的安全性.The investigation object is the composite materials with negative permittivity, which are composed of discrete wires supported by insulative board. The transmission and reflection characteristic of the composite materials was analyzed and verified numerically by using finite difference time domain (FDTD) method. The simulation results were coincident with the experimental data. Based on this method, the shielding effectiveness of the composite materials for high power microwave (HPM) and ultra broadband (UWB) electromagnetic pulse were analyzed. The simulation results show that the composite materials can reduce the amplitude of the incidence signal obviously, change the time domain waveform and frequency spectrum characteristics, and ensure the security of the signal.
