摘 要:以甲基丙烯酸氟烷基酯(ZonylTM)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯为原料,采用氧化-还原引发体系,以十二烷基硫酸钠和全氟辛酸铵(1:1)为乳化剂,经超声波预乳化后进行聚合,成功制备了一系列高氟单体含量的三元共聚物乳液,系统研究了聚合条件对乳液稳定性和反应动力学的影响,测得聚合反应的表观活化能Ea为68.4kJ/mol。考察了氟元素含量对共聚物表面性能的影响,含氟共聚物对水和对油的接触角最高可分别为116°和77.5°。Several copolymer emulsions with high fluorine content were prepared with perfluoroalkylacrylate (Zonyl TM) , methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (BA) as monomers, K2S2O8 -NaHSO3 as redox initiators and sodium dodocyl sulfonate/ammonium perfluorooctanate ( 1 : 1 ) as emulsifiers. The factors of influence on the stabilities of the emulsions with high fluorine content, including emulsifiers, methods of pre - emulsification and initiators, were investigated in detail. The polymerization kinetics was also studied, and the apparent activation energy was found to be 68.4kJ/mol. The surface properties of the copolymers were influenced by the fluorine content, and the contact angles for latex films to water and oil is up to 116° and 77.5° respectively.
