摘  要:采用改变风机的叶片安装角、试验巷道的断面积和风阻测试阻风率的方法,对空气幕的特性进行试验研究,获得了其阻风率与巷道风压差、断面积等的关系参数,并在某矿山进行现场应用试验.研究结果表明:空气幕具有风门隔断风流的作用,阻风率达89%,且其能力与风机的特性参数、巷道的有效断面积等有关,有效断面积增大,隔断风流的能力则减小;与手动风门相比,漏风率可降低25%,有利于提高矿井的有效风量率,改善井下的作业环境.tain with s assistance In order to obtain the parameters of resist air rate of air curtain in the lab, the characteristics of air curingle fan were tested by changing the fixing angle of fan, cross sectional area of test tunnel, ventilation and so on, and the air curtain of cutting off airflow was applied in the main transport drift in some mine. Research results indicate that the air curtain can play a significant role like a door, and its rate of resisting air is 89%. Its function of cutting off airflow correlates with characteristics parameters of fan, cross sectional area of test tunnel, fixing angle of air curtain' s supply airflow installation and so on, the effective cross-section area increases, the ability of cutting off air flow reduces. Comparing with a door in a drift, the air leak rate of air curtain can be reduced about 25%. So, it is propitious to increase virtual airflow and improve work conditions in mine.
