摘 要:采用光引发聚合的方式,使二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)与丙烯酰胺(AM)合成阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),研究了CPAM光合成的影响因素,对合成物进行了性能检测和结构表征,并研究了其对煤泥水的絮凝效果.结果表明:采用光引发聚合的方式合成CPAM是可行的.其最佳工艺条件是:单体总浓度20%,DMDAAC与AM的摩尔比为1:3~1:4,光引发剂用量为单体质量的0.037%~0.075%.合成的CPAM可达特性黏数为750mL/g,阳离子度为12%;其絮凝性能优于聚丙烯酰胺,特别是对粒度细、富含高岭土的难沉降煤泥水,CPAM的絮凝效果尤为有效.Acrylamide (AM) and dimethyl dially ammonium chloride (DMDAAC) were used as monomers to synthesize flocculant of cation-polyacrylamide (CPAM) by photo-initiation method. Effecting factors of CPAM photoinitiation system were studied and property of copolymer was examined and its structure was characterized. Flocculating effect of CPAM on coal slurry was studied. The result shows it is available to synthesize CPAM by photo-initiation method. The optimal craft conditions are that the bulk concentration of monomer is 20 % , mol ratio of DMDAAC and AM is 1 : 3 - 1 : 4, dosage of photo-initiator is 0. 037 % - 0. 075 % of monomer mass. Intrinsic viscosity number of synthesized CPAM is 750 mL/g, and cationization of synthesized CPAM is 12 %. Flocculating effect of CPAM on coal slurry is superior to polyacrylamide, especially for the difficult setting coal slurry which is rich in fine fraction and kaolin.
