摘 要:研究了PETG(醇改性聚酯)的等温和非等温结晶性能。结果表明,大分子链中引入1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)单元后,PETG的结晶能力和结晶速率明显降低。CHDM的摩尔分数不高于13.6%时,在185-120℃范围内可以观察到PETG的冷却结晶峰,而且只有在2℃/min冷却速率下才能观察到结晶放热峰。结晶温度对PETG的结晶能力有显著影响,半结晶时间在160℃时达到最小值。CHDM的摩尔分数为13.6%时,PETG在140-180℃等温结晶温度范围内的Avrami指数(n)平均值为2.51,这表明在等温条件下,1#PETG样品的结晶机理是以异相成核、二维和三维生长混合为主要特征的。The isothermal and nonisothermal crystallizing behaviors of PETG were studied. Result showed that the crystallization capacity and crystalline rate decreased markedly after the introduction of CHDM unit in the large molecular chain; the cooling crystallization peak of PETG could be observed at the temperature of 185 - 120℃ when the molar fraction of CHDM was not more than 13.6% ,and only at the cooling rate of 2℃/min could the crystallizing exothermic peak be observed. Crystallizing temperature had notable effect on the crystallization capacity of PETG ,and the half- life of crystallization reached the valley at 160℃. When the molar fraction of CHDM was 13.6% ,the average value of Avrami index(n) of PETG was 2.51 at the isothermal crystallizing temperature of 140 - 180℃. The result showed that the crystallizing mechanism of 1^# PETG sample under isothermal condition was featured by heterogeneous nucleation and blending of two - dimension and three - dimension growth.
