摘 要:C4ISR系统与仿真系统是针对不同的需求和不同的用户,由不同的专业组织在不同时期独立开发的,遵循不同的标准和协议,两个系统在结构和功能上必然存在很大的差异和独立性。C4ISR/仿真技术参考模型是对采用不同技术和标准的C4ISR系统与仿真系统实施综合信息管理、交互操作的基础,主要解决不同系统间互操作所存在的问题。其对于指导C4ISR系统与仿真系统的建设有很重要的意义。该文通过对美军的C4ISR/仿真技术参考模型概念以及几种典型的技术参考模型的研究,希望能指导建立新的技术参考模型成为系统建设的指南,并以此达到为今后不同系统间实现高效的互操作的目的。The system of C^4ISR and the simulation system are developed independently by different groups in different time for different requirements and different users. They accept different standards and protocols. The structure and functions of the two systems exist manifest distinctions and independence. The C^4ISR/SIM TRM is the base for the management of synthetic information and interaction which are done between C^4ISR system and simulation system with different techniques and protocols. It mainly resolves the problems of interactions between diverse systems. And it is very important for guiding the building of the system of C^4ISR and the simulation system of C^4ISR. By doing study on the conception of C^4ISR/Sim Technical Reference Models and some typical models, it hopes that the paper could guide the new Technical Reference Model's developing into the directory of the building of systems, reaching the goal that effective interaction can be done between diverse systems in future.
