摘　　要：目的分析能够自行消失的卵巢非赘生性囊肿的超声表现。方法对超声提示为卵巢囊肿的病例进行超声复查随访,分类分析能够自行消失的囊肿的声像图表现。结果能够自行消失的卵巢非赘生性囊肿囊内回声可为无回声、丝网状回声、类实性回声、有一条状分隔回声、有一子囊回声、云雾状回声、斑片状高回声以及有乳头状回声等;囊肿平均直径约3.7 cm,平均持续时间约25天。结论卵巢非赘生性囊肿超声表现多样,坚持定期随访不少于3个月,能提高确诊率。Objective To study the ultrasound expression of self-disappearable non-neoplastic ovarian cysts. Methods To re-examine and follow up those patients who were diagnosed as ovarian cyst by ultrasound, classify and analyze the ultrasound expression of those cysts which could be disappeared by itself. Results The resonance of self-disappearable non- neoplastic ovarian cysts might be non-echo, web-like, solid-like, cloudy-like, patch-like , papilla-like or have a slim separator or have a junior cyst. The average diameter is 3.7cm and the average duration is 25 days. Conclusion The ultrasound expression of self-disappearable non-neoplastic ovarian cysts is various. Regular follow-up for no less than 3 months could improve the diagnostic rate.
