摘 要:介绍并分析了卷烟机风力送丝中主管尾部补风和旁路定风量全补风两种模式的控制方法及其优缺点,提出了风力送丝组合供丝控制技术的原理,该控制方法采用SIENENS的S7-200和S7-300PLC、MP370及PROFIBUS现场总线实现组合供丝。卷烟厂采用风力送丝组合供丝控制系统后,送丝风速控制在(17·5±1·5)m/s,风机电机、变频器选型由原设计的55kW降低到37kW,系统运行稳定,运行费用降低,节能效果达30%左右。The control methods of air compensation through the end of main duct and coverall air compensation with fixed volume through bypass were introduced and their merits and demerits were analyzed. The principle of controlling grouping supply of cut tobacco in pneumatic feeding was put forward. This control system adopted S7 - 200, S7 - 300 PLC, MP370 and Profibus from Siemens. Once the control system was used, the air velocity in the pneumatic feeding system was controlled at (17.5 ± 1.5)m/s, the power of fan motor and frequency converter reduced from 55kW to 37kW. The system ran stably, the running cost reduced, and energy saving reached about 30%.
