摘 要:目的观察蛇床子素对大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法采用去卵巢大鼠和高脂血症模型大鼠,用比色法分别测定连续给予蛇床子素5~20mg/kg12周和20d后的血脂水平。结果在去卵巢大鼠模型上,蛇床子素10mg/kg和20mg/kg,可使血清TG和LDL-C/HDLC比值明显降低,但对血清LDL-C仅有一定的降低作用。在高脂血症大鼠模型上,蛇床子素5~20ing/kg可明显抑制高脂引发的血清TC和TG的升高,而且对血清LDL-C和LDL-C/HDL-C比值的降低作用具有剂量依赖趋势。结论蛇床子素具有明显的降血脂作用,尤其对高脂血症大鼠的作用更为明显。Objective To observe the effects of osthole on the blood lipids in rats. Methods Ovariectomized and hyperlipldemic rat model were used, the blood lipids were mensurated by colorimetry method after treated with osthole at doses of 5-20 mg/kg for 12 weeks and 20 days respectively. Results In ovariectomized rat model, the serum TG and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio in the groups with doses of osthole at doses of 10 mg/kg and 20 mg/kg were depressed evidently, but the decrement of serum LDL-C level was not evident. In hyperlipidemic rat model, the serum TC and TG were restrained notably by osthole, and reduction of serum LDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C ratio had a dose-dependent trend. Conclusion Osthole possesses the lipid-lowering effects, especially in rats with hyperlioidemia.
