摘　　要：为了改善钢包覆盖剂的保温性能,研制出了采用炭化稻壳为主原料的新型钢包覆盖剂。它具有强度好、粉尘少、堆比重轻的特点,兼具钢液保温、防止钢水二次氧化等功能。在工业生产中试用,取得了较好的效果。In order to improve the insulation performance of the ladle covering flux a new type carbide rice husk based ladle covering flux has been developed. The new type flux is featured of high strength, low bulk specific gravity and less dust. It may exercise functions of temperature holding and prevention against reoxidation. Better results have already been achieved in the industrial scale trial production.
