摘  要:建立了管壳式换热器的简化模型,利用ANSYS模拟软件,对管壳式换热器的壳侧三维流场进行了模拟计算,得到了不同排列方式下及入口流速的情况下换热器模型的壳侧流场,并用实验测得的换热器壳程总压降进行了对比验证,证实了结果的可靠性。分析了管壳式换热器换热管的两种不同排列方式下流场的差异和流场对换热器失效的影响,提出了换热器管束失效的预防措施。A simplified model is created for a shell-and-tube heat exchanger,and the three-dimensional shell side flow-field simulation is conducted for a shell and tube heat exchanger model by utilizing the engineering simulation software ANSYS.Then,an experiment is carried out.The shell side total pressure drop is measured to confirm the reasonability of the simulation result.The influence of difference of two kinds of the tube arrangements and the difference of flow-field on the failure of the heat exchanger is analyzed.Finally,the anti-failure measures,the optimized operation and optimized design are discussed.Some valuable results are obtained,and it is useful to the heat exchanger related designing engineers.
