摘　　要：老龄化对居住区公共服务设施建设提出了新的要求,本文总结现有规范对居住区老年公共设施配置要求方面存在的不足,提出建立居住区老年公共服务设施体系的构想,并初步形成居住区老年公共服务设施设置标准,明确了相关设施建设的适应性要求。Based on the analyze of Chinese elderly population tendency and olds' life style variation,this paper research on the construction of residential district public service institutions for the aged,and try to take some countermeasures to fit in with the physical and mental needs of the old.
