摘　　要：针对企业筹资风险中存在的问题,就企业筹资风险的含义、产生原因、防范的必要性及其防范策略进行分析,可以使企业有效防范筹资风险,实现企业筹资成本最低、筹资风险最小,企业经济效益最佳的目的。Enterprises must choose the right way of financing to raise funds for their productive and operative activities, so that such activities can run in order and satisfy the needs of the reproduction. The article analyses the significance, reason, necessity of the prevention, so that the lowest financing cost, least risk and the goal of the economic benefits can be realized.
