中国档案保管模式的多元化

摘　　要：为了提高机关工作效率和经济效益,针对改革开放后的档案工作实际,中国打破了档案室管理机关档案的单一格局,档案保管模式呈多元化方向发展,出现了部门档案馆、联合档案室、档案寄存中心、一体化信息管理中心、文件中心和中外合作的档案管理模式,这适应了新形势下中国档案工作的需要,应大力推广多元化档案保管模式的进程。In view of the archives work practice, for improving the official work efficiency and economic benefit, our country has broken the single style with which the archives room manages the official archives, thus, the pattern of archives preservation is developing in a way of diversification. The archives management patterns, such as department records rooms, united records rooms, archives deposit centers, unified information management centers, integrative archives centers and cooperation with foreign countries have appeared. This suits to the need of archives work under new situations. The diversified archives preserving patterns should be greatly popularized.
