摘　　要：目的评价131I口服治疗自主功能性甲状腺结节的疗效。方法根据结节直径大小1、31I摄取率及计算公式等确定131I治疗剂量。结果39例患者口服131I一次性治愈率为84.6%,好转率为15.4%,总有效率为100%。结论131I口服治疗自主功能性甲状腺结节疗效确切,无后遗症,应首选推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of the treatment of autonomous functional thyroid node（AFTN） by 131 - Iodine. Methods To Confirm the therapy close of 131 - Iodine according to the diameter and 131 - Iodine uptaking rate of AFTN and empirical formula. Results The cureative rata was 84.6 %, the improvement rate was 15.4% and the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Good Curative effects and no esquela can be produced during the treatment of AFIN by 131 - Iodine,
