摘 要:通过位移和速度传感器对举重专项练习的实时测试,获得举重运动员发力上拉杠铃的力学数据。结果显示运动员提拉杠铃的最大高度、最大速度和提拉重量之间存在显著性负相关;最大速度出现的相对高度因人而异,彼此显著差异;最大力、最大功率与提拉重量没有明显相关关系。通过次极限重量的回归估计,可得到每个运动员的极限提拉重量。分析表明此极限重量与每个运动员的抓举挺举成绩显著相关,从而较细致的量化运动员的提拉能力;在次重量练习过程评估运动员的能力增长状况;有效地监控训练效果,客观地评价运动能力。In this study, the dinamic data in weight - lifting performances were collected by the sensor of displacements and velocites. The results shows that there is a significant negative correlation between maximum height ( MaxH) of the barbell and the weight being lifted, and also the same between maximum vdocities (MaxV) of the barbell and the weights. But the height of the MaxV were significant different from each player, and there is no correlation between the Max Force, Max Power and theWeight lifted. By the regression of the MaxH and Weight lifted, the ability of the Maximum Weight for each player could be estimated in sub- weight - lifting performances, and it could be used to monitor the effect of the training.
