摘  要:目的研究心电图检查与99mTc-MIBI SPECT心肌显像对心肌梗死定量诊断价值的相关性。方法对临床确诊的心肌梗死病人分别采用以上两种方法检查,比较二种检查方法的灵敏度和特异度,并对二种检查方法检出的结果做相关性分析。结果心电图有关指标QRS记分、NQ、Q-Tc、Q-TCd、∑QRSⅠⅡⅢ定量诊断心梗与SPECT心肌血流灌注显像诊断灌注缺损区大小的相关系数分别为0.9032、0.49070、.1540、0.3616、0.4312;以QRS记分(X1)与∑ST(X2)两指标预测MIS(Y)的回归方程为:Y=6.975+2.017X1+3.976X2。结论心电图检查与99mTc-MIBI SPECT心肌显像诊断灌注缺损区大小具有明显的相关性,心电图检查可以判断心肌梗死面积的大小。Objective To explore the the correlation between electrocardiographic multivariable on locating and quantifying myocardial infarction and ^99mTc - MIBI SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging. Methods We random selected 30 myocardial infarction patients, all of selected cases were examined by electrocardiographic and ^99mTc- MIBI SPECT myicardial perfusion imaging, then we did correlation analysis for two examination between the electrocardiographic and ^99mTc - MIBI SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging. Results The correlation coefficents between the scoring of QRS, NQ, Q- Tc, Q -Tcd,∑QRSⅠⅡⅢ quantifying diagnoses myocardial infarction and ^99mTc - MIBI SPECT myocardial peffusion imaging were 0. 9032,0. 4907,0.1540, 0. 3616, 0. 4312 respectively;using QRS scoring and ∑ST to predicted MIS's regress equation was Y = 6. 975 + 2.017X1 + 3. 976X2. Conclusion Electrocardiographic multivariable on locating and quantifying myocardial infarction and ^99mTc - MIBI SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging was significant correlation, Electrocardiographic examine can replace ^99mTc - MIBI SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging for myocardial infarction diagnoses in general medical unit.
