摘  要:目的观察不同浓度的无花果水提取液对环磷酰胺诱发微核的拮抗作用。方法将70只小鼠(♀♂各半)随机分为5个不同浓度实验组(400mg/ml、200mg/ml、100mg/ml、50mg/ml、25mg/m1),1个蒸馏水对照组和1个环磷酰胺阳性对照组,灌胃,1次/d,连续5d,5个浓度组和阳性对照组分别于第4天,第5天腹腔注射环磷酰胺(30mg/kg)于第1次注射后30h后处死小鼠,摘眼球取血,采用小鼠淋巴细胞微核试验,观察无花果水提取液对环磷酰胺诱发的微核率的影响。结果在50~200mg/ml的浓度范围内无花果水提取液能降低环磷酰胺诱发的外周淋巴的微核率(P〈0.05)。结论无花果水提取液有拮抗环磷酰胺诱发微核的作用。Objective To observe the antigonism effect of the various concentration of the water extract of Ficus carica against Cyclophosphamide- induced micromuclei. Methods 70mice(male and female were equal) were divided into 5 experimental groups(400mg/ml, 200mg/ml, 100mg/ml, 50mg/ml, 25mg/ml), a distilled water negative group and a Cyclophosphamide positive group, perfused the water extract of Ficus caricaingo into stomach per day for 5 days, 5 experiment groups and the positivd group were ijnected Cyclophosphamide, all the mice were killed, adopt the blood samples and observe the effect micronuclei. Results The water extract of ficus carica could decrease the frequncy of micronuclei induced by CP in mice peripheral lymphocytes Within the dosage 50 - 200mg/m[( P〈0.05). Conclusion The water extract of ficus carica could express the antigoniasrn effect against CP - induced mictonuclei.
