摘　　要：介绍江苏苏北电网安全稳定控制系统的组成、主要功能、实施过程、稳定控制装置的硬件配置和系统通信通道,论述了安全稳定控制策略的实现、提高可靠性的措施,对构建江苏全网的安全稳定实时预警及协调防御系统进行了展望。The composing, main functions and implementation process of the safety and stability control system for Subei power grid are introduced, as well as the hardware configuration of the stability control equipment and system communication channels. The realization of safety and stability control strategies and measures to improve the system reliability are illuminated, and the coordination and protection system is prospected.
